Hospitality as standard at the Government for satisfied citizens
As a government agency you have much to learn from the hospitable services of a hotel. Good contact between government, civilians and residents is of great importance. HPM uses her knowledge and experience in the field hospitality in the hotel industry for hospitality training, workshops, advice, hospitality scans, and hospitality concepts at government organizations. In consultation with you, HPM will make hospitable services a standard.
2 Successful hospitality training and workshops at the government:
- Workshop ´Be my Guest´ for the municipality of The Hague, part of the project ‘Hospitable The Hague´;
- Hospitality training for the facility service of the Vereniging voor Nederlandse Gemeenten (VNG). Relocation and the introduction of The New way of Working, gave rise to train the facility service in a hospitable work manner.
